肖强，教授，博士生导师，甘肃省领军人才（第二层次），工商管理省级一流专业负责人，兰州市社科院（联）社科评审智库专家、特约研究员。2017年6月获管理学博士学位，主要从事大数据分析和数据挖掘等研究，探讨数据挖掘技术和复杂网络理论新理论、新原理在物流、供应链以及城市交通管理中的应用，发表SCI、SSCI和EI等期刊发表论文30余篇；出版专著1部；获发明专利1项，实用新型专利3项；获得甘肃省科技进步二等奖1项，甘肃省社科成果三等奖4项，获2021年度交通运输重大科技创新成果库入库成果1项，获第十六届中国商业联合会服务业科技创新奖三等奖1项，高校社科成果厅级一等奖1项，二等奖1项，三等奖3项，主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金项目2项，社科基金1项，主持省部级项目2项。指导学生荣获第九届、第十届、第十一届甘肃省“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛省级一等奖2次、二等奖1次；指导学生荣获第十五届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛国家级三等奖。

        Xiao Qiang, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Second-Level Leading Talent of Gansu Province, Provincial First-Class Major Leader in Business Administration, Think Tank Expert and Special Researcher of Lanzhou Academy of Social Sciences. He received his Ph.D. in Management in June 2017. His research primarily focuses on big data analytics and data mining, exploring the application of new theories and principles in data mining techniques and complex network theory to logistics, supply chains, and urban traffic management. He has published over 30 papers in SCI, SSCI, and EI indexed journals; authored one monograph; holds 1 invention patent and 3 utility model patents. He has been awarded 1 Second Prize in Gansu Province Science and Technology Progress Award, 3 Third Prizes in Gansu Province Social Science Achievement Awards, 1 achievement included in the 2021 Ministry of Transport Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievement Library, 1 Third Prize in the 16th China Commercial Federation Service Industry Science and Technology Innovation Award, and multiple university-level social science achievement awards (1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 3 Third Prizes). He has presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project, participated in 2 NSFC projects and 1 Social Science Foundation project, and led 2 provincial and ministerial-level projects. He has guided students to win 2 First Prizes and 1 Second Prize at the 9th, 10th, and 11th Gansu Province "Challenge Cup" Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competitions, and guided students to win a National Third Prize at the 15th "Challenge Cup" National Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition.
