三级PFHE型DMR双混合制冷剂LNG低温液化工艺研究

Abstract:研究以板翅式主液化换热器(PFHE)为核心的DMR双混合制冷剂LNG液化工艺:预冷段采用重组分高沸点C2H6-C3H8-C4H10三元混合制冷剂节流制冷循环,液化及过冷段采用轻组分低沸点CH4-C2H4-N2三元混合制冷剂制冷循环;PFHE型DMR液化流程采用三级板翅式换热器作为主液化装置,内含两段相对独立的三元混合制冷剂制冷循环。结果表明,PFHE型DMR液化工艺可以完全替代缠绕管式(MCHE型)DMR液化工艺,与C3/MR工艺相比可有效地提高系统的制冷效率;三级PFHE结构简单紧凑,换热效率高,比MCHE型DMR液化工艺具有更高的传热效率,主换热面积更小。
