Profile

Shuaibing Li (Member of IEEE/CAA/CSEE) received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2018 from Southwest Jiaotong University. Currently, he is an Associate Professor with the School of New Energy and Power Engineering, Lanzhou Jiaotong University. He has been the Faculty Director of the New Energy Department, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, since February 2019. He served as the executive director of Gansu Electrotechnical Society, the executive director of the IEEE PES Power System Protection and Control Technical Committee, and a member of the Intelligent Distributed Energy Special Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. He also served as guest editor of serval international journals like Coatings/sensors/Electronics. He has published up to 50 journal and conference papers. His research interests include information processing, condition monitoring, assessment and fault diagnosis of high-voltage power equipment, operation control and dynamic state estimation of electrical power systems.
