Expert in peer review from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, expert in thesis review for the Ministry of Education, member of the Computer Association, etc. I graduated with a PhD from the School of Electrical Engineering at Southwest Jiaotong University, under the guidance of Professor Liu Zhigang, a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation under the National Ten Thousand Talents Program and a Fellow/Doctoral Supervisor of IEEE/ICT/AIA. I have also been awarded the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award at Southwest Jiaotong University and the "Top Academic Paper in China's Excellent Science and Technology Journals - Leader 5000 Paper" Award.
In recent years, I have led and participated in 6 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. I have also spearheaded and completed over 20 sub projects of key research and development projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Railway Group, key plans of the Gansu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Gansu Provincial Natural Science Foundation, research funds from the Gansu Provincial Department of Education, open projects from China Southern Power Grid, Lanzhou Railway Bureau, and key laboratories of the Ministry of Education. I have published more than 80 papers in domestic and foreign SCI/EI academic journals such as IEEE Trans. on..., International Trans. on..., Journal of Electrical Engineering, Power Automation Equipment, Journal of Railway, Journal of Transportation Engineering, and Journal of Instruments and Meters. From 2023 to 2024, five consecutive papers/patents were selected as major scientific and technological achievements of the National Railway Administration, six authorized invention patents were granted, and four invention patents were submitted for review. Serving as an expert in the National Graduate Evaluation Expert Database IEEE Trans.on。。。、 Energies、 Reviewer for top journals such as the Journal of Electrical Engineering, High Voltage Technology, Vibration and Shock, and the Journal of Southwest Jiaotong University. In recent years, I have served as convener and called for papers for domestic and international academic journals and forums such as Energies. I have won the Best Paper Award at EITRT International Academic Conference twice in a row, and was rated as excellent in the completion of the National Natural Science Foundation project in 2022. I have received excellent teaching evaluation at the school level, with three consecutive undergraduate graduation projects guided in the past five years receiving excellent awards at the school level. I am the main lecturer for graduate courses such as "Non stationary Signal Analysis in Electrified Railways" and undergraduate courses such as "Power System Analysis", "Traction Braking Technology for High Speed Vehicles", and "Scientific Paper Retrieval and Writing".

2) Team positioning: Based on the harsh and variable geographical and climatic conditions such as high mountains, deep valleys, strong winds, severe cold, drought, and sandstorms in the northwest plateau region, we have achieved certain results in ensuring safe and efficient power supply for the power system and rail transit, as well as sensing the status of key equipment. The team focuses on two main ideas: intelligent power supply and state perception for power systems and rail transit, and has condensed and delved into four major research topics:
(1) Research on the Current Flow Dynamics and Feedline Dance of High speed EMU Double Bow Network in Complex Scenarios;
(2) Research on Intelligent Power Supply and System Stability of Western Rail Transit in Complex Scenarios;
(3) Research on Multi source Power Supply and Energy Efficiency Enhancement of "Source Grid Load Storage" in Western Regions under Complex Scenarios;
(4) Research on Service Situation Awareness of Key Equipment in Power Systems and Rail Transit Networks in Complex Scenarios.
